For us at Mom's Garden, family-friendliness is not a trend, but an integral part of our corporate culture. We are all the more pleased about the official recognition of this commitment: the ceremonial award of the "Family-friendly company" seal of approval confirms our claim to harmonize work and life and to strengthen our team in the long term.

Mom’s Garden is ceremoniously presented with the certificate and certification as a “family-friendly company”.

As a team, we pursue a healthy, sustainable, caring HR policy and corporate strategy with family-friendly measures, which we will continue to expand in the future.

On 21.10.2024, we were presented with the seal of approval for family friendliness by Managing Director Rita Gindorf-Wagner of saaris – saarland innovation und standort GmbH and Julia Luckenbill, Service Agency Working and Living in Saarland.
